This is a fantastic opportunity for a digitally-savvy marketer to make a real impact within an exciting organisation!

The role is based on The Mount in Guildford, Surrey, as well as regular visits to two other centres in Dorking and Richmond.

The Digital Marketing role will be for 22 hours a week (3 days) and these can be flexible to accomodate school hours etc if required, i.e. spread over 4-5 days.

Working as part of a small team, the company is looking for a self-motivated digital marketer who has a thorough grasp of digital marketing and creating captivating content and campaigns across the marketing mix as well as confident in creating new content and updating their website using a CMS.

Excellent communication skills, an eye for detail and resourcefulness are key to this position.

This role will also be involved in broader marketing communications, with emphasis on digital and web development to drive a marked increase in business, meeting income targets, whilst promoting the company's mission, vision and core values.

The role will support the marketing team taking responsibility for specific projects and activities that further raise awareness of the brands and drive income growth.

As the successful applicant, you will have:

  • Experience of using web CMS, Adobe or similar graphic packages
  • Proven marketing experience B2B and B2C and a track record of successfully managing projects
  • Technical experience in digital marketing practices such as SEO, conversion optimisation/ROI, PPC, and SM content creation
  • A positive, customer-focussed attitude
  • Solid experience of using analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Site Improve.
  • Confident copy writing skills
  • Creativity and innovation with the ability to multi-task, follow instructions and use own initiative
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • An ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Good team-working skills

The starting salary for this position is GBP15,143.33 per annum based on a 22 hour working week (3 days), pro-rata to GBP24,780.

You must be able to travel to all centres as business requires and it is essential that you have your own transport.
