A Part-Time HR Recruitment Assistant for a charity based near Folkestone working 30 hours per week.

Your new company
Our Charity client is recruiting a part-time HR Recruitment Assistant to join their head office HR team on a permanent basis. You will be required to work 30 hours per week at their stunning offices on the South Coast of Kent, near Folkestone, 100% of the time. This is a new role and you will be joining a brand new team of 7 other HR professionals.

Your new role
As a HR Recruitment Assistant you will assist and support with the recruitment process and onboarding activities, to ensure they attract and retain excellent candidates and provide a seamless onboarding process. You will seek to continuously improve their recruitment reach and appeal; to create a positive lasting impression for every applicant, helping us to achieve their goal in becoming the 'employer of choice' in Kent.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in the role you must have previous experience in an internal recruitment-related role as well as some experience of HR duties. You must have experience of creating and posting job adverts and recruitment related material with experience of undertaking hiring practices and stages (screening, interviewing, assessment, onboarding.)

What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a salary of GBP21,000 (GBP15,756 part time equivalent) plus 28 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays and additional holiday based on the length of service, onsite parking, cycle to work scheme along with excellent benefits and discounts specific to the charity.
