What you'll do:

 

* Creating trusting relationships with the Commercial, Trading and Marketing teams by ensuring they have visibility on our work and the related results/benefits as well as actively engaging in media planning meetings with business stakeholders and external agencies
* Managing the Test & Learn roadmap with our Search agency to ensure continual improvement of PPC channel performance and manage, review, and perform daily account responsibilities associated with all active Search Platforms together with our Search agency
* Identifying new opportunities within the Paid Search landscape that are relevant for our different products (Audience targeting, new platforms, new search engine features etc and working with the analytics teams to improve and evolve measurement, tracking, and data management platforms to gain deeper insight into impact of Paid Search operation
* Maintain and monitor keyword bids, account daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score and other important account metrics with the relevant account managers and provide creative copy suggestions and graphical ad templates.
* Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, and other facets of paid search in accordance with overall Digital Acquisition and Retention strategies.
* Provide oversight and manage new paid search campaigns, ad groups, and accounts and aid in the creation of paid search marketing initiatives across all products for both new and existing customers
* Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance to digital acquisition and retention strategy.

 


What you'll bring:

 

* Proven experience in a paid search function and a clear passion for Paid Search and digital marketing
* Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics as well as internal reporting tools.
* Experience working with popular PPC ad platforms (Google AdWords, Bing AdCenter, etc).
* Proficiency in managing moderate to large scale PPC accounts in a variety of different business verticals.
* Outstanding ability to think creatively, identify and resolve problems and effectively articulate thoughts and points.
* Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere.

The Digital Commerce Team are responsible for all digital interactions with our customers, from digital marketing through to onsite experiences and after-sale onboarding. We have big ambitions to transform our customers' digital experience with easy, engaging journeys, and find new ways to connect them to more of what they love. The team totals around 150 people and include a wide range of expertise across marketing, UX, UI, technical development and journey management.
