Position: 2x Part time HR Co-Ordinators (Weekend Shift)

We are recruiting for 2 x HR Coordinator for a leading food industry client. Are you looking to join a Fast-Paced progressive food processing business? Accessible from Dewsbury, Batley, Wakefield, Bradford, and Leeds? Our client is of a large-scale business that can offer a truly varied and challenging role working within the HR Department and with Production and Manufacturing to assist with managing and coordinate site Labour

It is an incredibly fast paced Food environment, so you need to be able to cope with this and keep in mind it is the type of place where everything needs to be done, yesterday! As the HR Co-Ordinator you need to be a strong character and not be afraid to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in.

Roles and Responsibilities of the Internal HR Coordinator:

First line of response for colleagues dealing with ER queries
Handling Payroll and Holiday related queries
Managing and updating Absence Reports
Dealing with absence and return to work meetings
Managing HR Paperwork during Induction
Inputting new starter details onto HR System, GDPR
General administration duties are a key part of the HR TeamWhat You Need to Be Considered for the HR Coordinator:

Fluent in Polish
Good Administration and Customer Service Skills
"Can Do Approach" Attitude
Ability to work on your own and think on your feet attitude and approach
Discretion and Confidentiality
Excellent IT Skills specifically Excel
Excellent Communication Skills at all levels of a business
Flexible working approach
Attention to Detail
Ability to Multitask and prioritise workload is essential
Recruitment experience advantageousHours of Work:

Working either : Friday to Saturday Friday(8hr shift) and Saturday (12hr Shift) or Sunday (8hr shift) to Monday (12 hour shifts)

Salary and Benefits :
