Hours: 22.5 hours across 3/4 days per week (2 in office 2 from home)
Salary: GBP29-32k FTE / Pro rata GBP17,400 - GBP19,200 pa plus profit related bonus

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented HR Generalist (ideally CIPD qualified) to join a team of highly skilled, motivated, team focussed and successful HR professionals who offer flexible HR services supporting the growth of over 150 businesses.

Our ideal candidate will have:

A wealth of HR generalist experience
CIPD qualified to at least level 5 (or qualified through experience with demonstrable examples)
Experience in an HR generalist role with robust and up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation in key areas
The ability to demonstrate experience in conducting recruitment processes
Extensive experience in advising a number of line managers in a variety of HR areas, including disciplinary and grievance
Commercial understanding and recognise how people issues affect business outcomes
The confidence to prioritise and make decisions based on the needs of the client
Administration experience of different sized payrolls
Worked with HR systems (Breathe HR, People HR etc)
A team player attitude and recognise the importance of working together
Accomplished attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop strong working relationships with a variety of customers
Communications skills which are easy to understand both verbally and in writing
A keen commitment to client satisfaction
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise work appropriately and be able to meet deadlines The role:

You will offer advice that will cover the full range of HR topics including recruitment, engagement, performance management, disciplinary and grievance, redundancies and settlement agreements.

You will advise clients directly by phone, email and with written communications as well as supporting aligned HR consultants with project work. The HR Advisor role manages a busy workload, supporting numerous clients and prioritising tasks as new work arises so excellent time management and the ability to manage your own workload are essential.
