Our client, an SME in the retail sector is looking for recruit an experienced Part-Time HR Manager for their hybrid role based in Chalgrove, Oxfordshire. The roles reports directly into the Finance Director, is accountable for an HR Administrator/Payroll administrator and is for 20 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Review existing processes, policies and procedures to ensure they are compliant with legislation and supporting business performance and growth
- Update the employee handbook
- Create an HR calendar and supporting processes for the UK businesses
- Timely completion and development of the monthly HR reporting dashboard.
- Recruitment support to managers as required.
- Identify learning & development needs and finding cost-effective ways to deliver against them.
- Support payroll function and ensure compliance with any changes to employment law / working regulations.
- Development of Payroll & HR Administrator.
- HR Administration and other tasks as required (to be shared with Payroll & HR administrator)

- Self-starter
- Ability & desire to work with a wide variety of people
- Highly organised - ability to prioritise, keep track of own workload and work to deadlines
- Energetic with a can-do attitude, tenacity to see tasks and projects through to completion
There is the opportunity of working from home as well as the office . In return you will receive a salary of GBP35,000-GBP40,000 FTE (depending on experience).
