Bristol

About Us

Creative Youth Network is a successful charity organisation that supports young people, no matter what their background or circumstances, to reach their potential and lead fulfilling lives by building secure and positive relationships with them based on their individual unique needs.

All of our young people are experiencing barriers that are preventing them from flourishing. We are reaching the vulnerable, the marginalised, the isolated, the under-served and under-supported young people of Bristol, South Gloucestershire and the wider region.

We offer young people safe spaces to express themselves with creative courses, youth clubs and practical advice and support and, during 2020, our work directly engaged and supported 6,427 young people.

We're now looking for an HR Advisor to join our team based on Kingswood Estate in Bristol on a part-time basis working 25 hours per week.

The Benefits

- GBP32,230 per annum FTE (GBP20,143.75 pro rata)

- 25 days' annual leave, plus bank holidays (pro rata for part-time)

- Paid breaks (pro rata)

- Generous pension scheme

- Cycle to work scheme

- Opportunities for flexible working

- Fantastic development opportunities

If you are an experienced HR professional with a background of employee relations casework, this is a tremendous opportunity to undertake important, rewarding work with our worthy charity.

Your pivotal HR expertise and work will help us to smash any disparities disadvantaged young people are experiencing by supporting our teams and ensuring we are providing the best working environment.

Working with our amazing charity, you will truly be making a positive difference every day and will be thoroughly supported and encouraged as you do so.

About You

To be considered as our HR Advisor, you will need:
