We are looking for a Part Time Finance Assistant to join our accounts team.

The key responsibilities will include, but may not be limited to;

Purchase ledger and Sales ledger.
Credit control
Checking invoices, chase credit notes and process accordingly
Process invoices to internal and external suppliers
Create and maintain complex spreadsheets
Action finance queries with resolutions; verbally or within writing
Any related finance administration
Maintain relationships with internal and external companies
The successful candidate must possess the following skill set and experience;

Sage experience is essential
GCSES or Equivalent; including English and Mathematics
Strong analytical skills
Experience working within a Financial administration setting
Complex understanding and knowledge of financial systems including Sage
In-depth knowledge of using MS Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
Able to meet deadline and prioritise workload
Ability to build and maintain strong working relationship
20 hours per week, must include Monday (e.g. of hours Mon/Wed/Thu/Fri 10am-3pm). GBP14,000
