we are looking for an HR advisor part-time for an engineering company near Wembley this is ideally 3 days hours are 8.30 till 6.00

Role and Responsibilities

would consider an hr coordinator ready for the next step or an HR advisor with 12 months experience

Management Tasks
Assist the HR Manager and Director in developing processes and procedures

Daily tasks
Recruitment
Assisting HR Manager with candidate capture - including assessing candidate suitability
Attending interviews as and when required
Eligibility to work in the UK reviews and checks
Assisting with Inductions and registrations
Paperwork review and collection
Successful/unsuccessful candidate feedback
Liaise with agencies as and when required to fill vacancies within the company
Agree on Ts & Cs with agencies
Any other tasks as requested

New Starters Administration

Carrying out Company Inductions
The new starter set up and creation, allocation of pay code ids
Set up of new starter files for Cleshar Operatives, PAYE employees and Ltd Companies
Offer letter and Contract generation and administration
Review and check of certifications held
New starter notifications
Induction paperwork and updating databases
Printing documentation required for new starters
Taking photos of all new starters
Carrying out Drug & Alcohol testing on all new starters
Scanning/ Filing
Any other tasks as requested
Day to Day and general Administration and Maintaining Databases
Ensuring that the HR inbox queries have been responded to and actioned accordingly
Eligibility to work in the UK - weekly reviews and checks of expiry information
Updating all staff files and databases
