They are therefore interviewing for a Credit Controller (part-time or full-time) to join their already experienced team. This is the perfect opportunity for a motivated and aspiring individual looking for their next step in the Credit Control / Collections industry.Your new role as the Credit Controller:As the Credit Controller you will report directly to the Collections Manager. You will chase debtors for rent/fees via email, telephone and letter. You will process credit/debit card payments, negotiate payment plans when clients are facing financial difficulties, and communicate between landlords and tenants, and also the management centre, in respect of late payment financial struggles and maintenance issues.Experience & Qualifications required to apply:To be considered, you must possess at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. Ideally you will have excellent communication abilities and be capable of problem solving. You will be capable of working well under pressure, possess strong negotiation skills and be able to be discrete when required.Salary and Reward on Offer:You will be paid a competitive salary and given the opportunity to earn a quarterly bonus.
