Title: Part time Customer Service Advisor

Salary: GBP14,400p.a. (22.5 hours per week)

Location: Camberley

Hours: School hours or 3 full days at 9:00 - 5:00 (Friday's working remotely)

Our client, in Camberley, are looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their small team on a part time basis, providing outstanding customer service to support their busy client base. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills to liaise with client's enquiries, bookings, and orders.

Key responsibilities:

Providing excellent customer service in line with department standards, procedures, and guidelines
Calling clients to follow up on their orders and talk about any promotions that might be available, to build relationships with these clients so they also have a point of contact.
Dealing appropriately and professionally with customer queries received via the telephone and email, providing written responses to confirm the outcome
Maintaining and updating customer's records accurately and in accordance with data protection requirements
Investigating and responding to complex e-mail queries in accordance with guidelines and consulting with appropriate internal departments
Build effective relationships with customers both internally and externally using appropriate questioning, clarification and language
Improve customer service objectives by contributing to customer service information and recommendations for improvement based on analysis of the Customer Services workload
Working as part of a team to achieve the department standards
Take responsibility for own personal development, in line with agreed annual performance objectives
Support the Sales and Field Managers
Manage the process of order entry, ensuring accuracy of information to the Distribution Centre
You will have previous customer service experience with a natural desire to provide excellent customer service and help wherever necessary in the team. You will be able to work either school hours or 3 full days 9 - 5, working a total of 22.5 hours per week. You will have great attention to detail for placing accurate orders and bookings as well as a professional and confident telephone manner. Strong computer skills in particular Word and Excel are required and knowledge of Opera would be desirable. You will have the ability to analyse results and situations and make quick on the spot decisions.
