Sales Administrator for an International Machinery Brand - Part Time

We’re seeking a Sales Administrator for our AVANT UK sales team, to manage the day-to-day sales tasks and to keep our Sales & Marketing Director updated to enable us to achieve budgeted targets for the team.

Role requirement to join Avant sales team

• Assisting the sales team in their day-to-day admin needs to keep our customers happy
• Support sales team in their client management
• Relationship mapping with existing dealer clients to further develop relationships
• Communicate with our dealers and partners; and build and develop customer relationships that support our growth targets.
• Organise and occasionally attend events such as dealer conferences, training days, seminars, and national exhibitions.
• Work closely with in-house sales and marketing team and external agencies.
• Track sales and account performance and prepare performance reports for management.
• Attend sales and marketing meetings (both external and internal).

We’d love to hear from people who have sales admin experience with strong IT skills (incl. Microsoft365, SAGE, Excel).

Working from home or office – your choice

We are looking for a permanent part-time Sales Assistant:

• Part-time 20hrs per week,
• home working available, we can be flexible with the working hours depending on your current situation.
• Occasional office-based days may be required.

Package

Along with a starting salary of £20,000.00 to £25,000.00 per annum pro-rata, dependent on experience. You will receive 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, health and travel insurance, regular training, and team performance bonus after successful completion of the probation.
