Job role; Office Assistant - Part time circa 25 hours p/w
Location; Middleton
Salary; GBP10 - GBP13 p/h depending on experience

With our Client we are looking to recruit a hands on and enthusiastic Office Assistant on a Part Time basis to work closely with the Office Manager. You will provide all round support across various Administration based duties and you will eventually be trained up on basic Accounts duties - there is scope for progression within the role!
The role of Office Assistant will be offered on a part time basis 25 hours per week - Monday - Friday and the Client will be flexible on what days your would prefer to work
The role of Office Assistant will include;
- General Administration duties - filing, scanning, accurate data entry
- Handling telephone calls and resolving any queries
- Booking Hotels and making travel arrangements for Managers / Directors as instructed
- Basic Accounts duties - updating Cash reports, inputting Invoices etc
- Any other ad hoc duties as required / requested
