Position
As Administrator you will be responsible for invoice management including chasing missing information and processing. 80% of the role will be emails communciation and 20% making outbound calls.
This is a fixed term role covering the current post holder's maternity until September 2022.
The role is part time 3 days a week - we are flexible and after passing probation you may work one day frrom home, this can be dicussed at interview.

Requirements
* Admin experince ideally in an office setting
* You wil be confident using computers, particularly Excel.
* A basic understanding of utlities invoices would be an advantage
* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
* Be able to meet deadlines and multiple prioritises
