We are one of Europes leading production business who are now seeking a HR and Recruitment Coordinator to join our existing HR team located at our Guildford site. This role is to start ASAP on a part time basis on an initial short term contract basis but this could be extended. Working between 20 - 25hours over 5 days paying up to GBP11.50 per hour plus holiday accrual with free parking.

Working as part of the HR Team the duties of the HR and Recruitment Coordinator will involve duties listed below:


Assisting with managing the full recruitment cycle
Writing adverts to attract talented applicants
Utilising a wide range of methods to attract candidates including LinkedIn, job boards, advertising, networking etc
Reviewing and interviewing candidates to assess technical and cultural suitability, generating strong shortlists
Arranging and conducting interviews alongside hiring managers and collate feedback
Growing and maintaining our candidate database
Maintaining effective communication with hiring Managers
Building a strong pipeline of talent for future recruitment needs
Booking candidates on to inductions to start work ensuring positive candidate experience
Conducting right to work checks
Working to targets and KPI's
Ensuring all overseas recruitment for applicants from the EU or from outside the EU is carried out in line with legislation and Company Overseas Recruitment procedures
Keep up to date with any changes in legislation relating to the recruitment process
Always comply with company policy and procedure on safe food handling and hygiene

To be considered for the HR and Recruitment Coordinator position you will have worked within a similar Recruitment Consultant, HR Coordinator, HR Admin or Recruitment Resourcer role previously, have experience of using job boards/social media and other job platforms, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, ability to produce clear and concise statistical reports, a good eye for detail and accuracy, PC literate MS Microsoft including using internal systems, understanding of all selection methods and techniques, experience of international recruitment, is advantageous but not essential, excellent organisational skills, be self-motivated and a happy to work within a small team.

In return we can offer an asap start, weekly pay and a pay rate up to GBP11.50 per hr.
