Job Details

Jaguar Land Rover Northampton is one of the newest Bodyshops in the Division with state of the art facilities.

This role is critical to the running of a successful Bodyshop. You will work directly with the Bodyshop Team, Management Team, our Customers and our Manufacturer Partners.

Please note this is a fixed term contract and as such will end in April 2023.

About you

As an Administrator you will be highly organised, accurate and able to manage the demands of multiple duties. You will be responsible for invoicing, raising job cards, body repair bookings for customers, and organising estimates and courtesy cars. An ability to prioritise and a strong attention to detail are essential.

Whilst you do not need extensive technical knowledge, you would ideally have some experience within a motor retailer and a basic understanding of vehicle administrative processes. The successful candidate will already have a great track record within an administrative role, and customer service. Whilst training would be provided, knowledge of Kerridge/ADP and Audatex would be advantageous.

More importantly you will be a person with high standards of customer service, a positive and effective communicator and be able to consistently adhere to strict processes. This is a busy role, requiring a committed and reliable work ethic, alongside a desire to enjoy the role and working within a great team.
