As a member of the UK & ROI Insight team in NOW, you'll help drive strategic decision making across the business using the power of data and insights.

What you'll do:

* Develop relationships with partners to reach a deep understanding of the business
* Use a variety of analytical techniques and tools to drive decision making in areas such as strategy, content, customer acquisition, revenue & retention
* Visualise insight findings with a clear narrative and actionable recommendations in PowerPoint presentations and communicate them with key partners
* Collaborate with colleagues across various teams including Analytics, Research, Reporting & Decisioning to pull together holistic insights
* Be passionate about ownership of insights delivered, including ensuring the data is accurate and the analytics approach is robust

What you'll bring:

* Self-starter who's actively curious about what numbers are telling us and how they can be actioned to improve customer plans
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven record of taking business questions through to practical insight
* Experience of manipulating big data from multiple sources using analytics tools such as SQL, BigQuery, Python etc.
* Experience of analysing data and visualising trends using tools such Tableau, Looker, Qlik etc.
* High levels of logical thinking & problem solving skills to come up with innovative ways to solving business challenges

Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There's also plenty of bike shelters and showers.
