After a successful launch, we're now looking for Talent Acquisition Specialists / Consultant Resourcers / Talent Managers to source and qualify talent. We are currently working remotely, and happy to personalise work time around your needs - including working ‘school hours’ for parents.

Our clients are major media brands, global advertising platforms and disruptive technologies that are shaping the future of advertising and marketing.

The role will see you hire across one (or more) of the following specialist areas, with an option to rotate every 6 months.

1) Operations

Ad Operations, Campaign Management, Technical Account Manager

2) Technical

Data Analyst, Product Manager, PreSales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, UX/UI

3) Sales & Commercial

Account Manager, Account Director, Agency Sales Manager, Client Direct Sales, SaaS Sales, Sales Director, VP Sales

IDEALLY, YOU WILL HAVE:

  • Experience of Talent Acquisition gained from another recruitment agency, AdTech vendor or in-house brand

OR

  • Practical experience in digital media / digital marketing / AdTech industries in a commercial role  and are keen on a move into recruitment

ROLE OVERVIEW

  • Head-hunting ‘active’ and ‘passive‘ talent from LinkedIn, job boards and creating a network of specialist talent 
  • Matching prospective talent to our client’s job descriptions, objectives, budgets & timelines
  • Reach out to candidates over email, through social media and via the telephone and propose new career opportunities - sharing job specs and creating excitement.
  • Stay organised by updating shared documents on the cloud and CRM system with new candidate profiles and presenting candidates to clients
  • Responding to internal and external communication promptly; recruitment can be fast-paced - and very rewarding!

WHAT'S ON OFFER

  • Hybrid working flexibility ongoing - personalised to your needs - including working ‘school hours’ for working parents. A minimum of 20-25 hours a week, up to full time.
  • Base salary £30-£35k per annum + commissions (circa £50k OTE uncapped in Year 1). Rising significantly in Year 2 (circa £70k OTE).
