We are currently recruiting for a part time personal assistant for the Maidstone MH Social Care Team based in Maidstone

18 hours per week - Flexible on days

Temporary contractThe job is a personal assistant to support team manager who has
physical health disability and requires support with the following:
Carrying items from car to office
Setting up in office
Support to manage calendar
Attend some meetings to take notes for team manager (not minute taker)
Remind of meetings, work required.
Going to purchase lunch if needed
Liaising with other staff in relation to accessibility needs for meetings
Arranging parking
Supporting with getting from car to office when parking is difficult.
Making hot drinks and heating food.
Check in regularly with reminders about upcoming meetings and actions required.
Attend a morning meeting twice a week and take notes for team manager for actions for that day
Phone calls
Sometimes need to attend a meeting in another area of Kent
Some work is from home and some in the office but equipment will be provided for home working
