What you'll do:

* Have primary responsibility the user journey and UI experience of GWS services and products
* Build the Workplace Experience (WX) UX and UI design best practise guidelines (e.g., optimum journey lengths and UI.)
* Support the WX team to implement and embed best practice in collaboration with Service/Product Owners
* Work with our Service/Product Owners, technical SMEs and Business Analysts to ensure our business obligations are met whilst never compromising on the user experience.
* Translate Service Owner, user needs and technology constraints into solutions that are eloquent, easy to use, and engaging
* Demonstrate a knowledge and desire to investigate, innovate and develop emerging design, UI and technology trends
* Help drive our creative culture by being a highly visible advocate for all things design
* Design product journey maps, navigation principles, sitemaps, information architecture, wireframes, storyboards and prototypes
* Collaborate with design and development teams to build new experiences that delight our customers

What you'll bring:

* Extensive experience with a specific focus on UX and/or UI, and/or Graphic Design. A Bachelor's degree in a related subject, or professional qualification will be an advantage.
* Experience in similar large media company or a design agency with international/multi-market knowledge
* A good understanding of human psychology and storytelling
* Experience working within a high-pressure delivery environment, and in a highly collaborative manner with multiple delivery skills.
* Solid background in gathering business requirements, analysing data to establish insight and translating sometimes competing business objectives into designs which meet customer needs.
* You're a pro-active person with a willingness to multi-task and you understand the need to be flexible and adaptable. Sometimes you'll have to undertake tasks not directly linked with your core job description.
