B2B Telemarketing to set appointments 

Are you an excellent communicator and do you have a confident telephone manner?

Do you have experience in B2B Telemarketing and are looking for a full or part-time opportunity? With the option of a proportion of the time based from home?

Does working in a small team appeal to you and for a company that values your input and hard work?

If you are a results-driven telesales advisor who loves to make outbound calls to a prospect database this could be the prefect role for you. 

About the role

You will be calling prospects following up on mailings/previous contact to establish a need, for business growth, freeing up the owner’s time or improving how their teams work, with the objective of booking an appointment for a free business coaching session.

You will be responsible for:

  • Outbound calling prospects (Owners of SMEs with Turnover up to £10m p.a.)
  • Navigating the gatekeeper to ensure you speak with the owner
  • Establishing the need for business growth, to make more money, to free up the owners time or to get their team working effectively
  • Booking an appointment for a meeting with one of the team
  • Ensuring you build a pipeline of potential contacts
  • Updating and using the company CRM system effectively

  • FTE Basic pay of £18,525 - £20,500 with an uncapped bonus scheme and OTE of £27,525-£29,500 (part time will be pro-rated based on hours)
  • 20 days holiday + bank holidays + an extra day off when your birthday falls on a working day.
