My client are a non for profit educational organisation who are looking for an experienced PART TIME PA to join their Administration team.
This role is 23 hours per week, and 2 days per week MUST be based one day on campus in NORTH LONDON AND one day in WEST LONDON.

Salary is dependent on experience.
Duties Include -
Proactively manage internal and external communication for the SLT. Ensuring high quality service, ensuring the strictest confidentiality and security of information, and promoting and maintaining effective channels of communication across all levels within the organisation
Liaison and building effective relationships with parents, Governors, Trustees, staff, local authorities, VIP visitors to the college, other departments and services of Ambitious about Autism and any other stakeholders
Actively manage the running of the Head of College's office including diary management, preparation of documents and letters, post filing, administrative support, document management, personal expenses etc
Undertake specific projects and tasks as directed by the Head of College, including the production or assistance in production reports and analysis where necessary
Oversee the administration of the annual review process, ensuring local authority statutory deadlines are met and coordination of review meetings
Ensure effective filing and information logging systems are followed, streamlining, and improving where necessary
Ensure that the smooth running of the finance administration and processes are in line with the organisational policy and ensure all finance deadlines are met
Maintain and update accurate records on various databases within the organisation.
Work collaboratively with other Executive Assistants and departments across the organisation to meet the strategic needs of the organisation
Line manage the campus Administrators and ensure systems and processes are in place to maximise the smooth running administration duties
