About the role

We are looking for a passionate and highly-ambitious hustler, ready to do what it takes to build and grow a start-up. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for developing the bloss social media content and strategy, driving engagement and developing long term partnerships with our engaged community of brands and users  as well as attracting new audiences to the bloss offer. You will need to  be a jack of all trades, from growing our experts and potential audiences. Community management experience is essentially with industry knowledge of social media platforms, Tiktok, Facebook, IG, Pinterest, Twitter, Youtube, Linkedin etc. You will be involved with customer support when needed, asset creation and building internal knowledge base articles. You will be helping the CEO and marketing team support multiple lines of business whilst navigating last minute tight deadlines. In this dynamic, fast-paced role, you will deliver high-quality work, on-time.

You will be a key member of the marketing team so excellent communication and organisation skills are essential to succeed in this role. You need to be comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment as we require an individual who can execute and wearing many different hats.

What you’ll do

●Grow bloss across the UK and expand into several global markets

 

●Grow both the user & expert database from scratch and create a loyal base of passionate bloss evangelists

 

●Initiate, plan, manage and execute innovative social campaigns by defining goals, analysing problems and opportunities to drive new users, experts and brand awareness

 

●Spot innovative opportunities and develop strategies to generate acquisition and engagement of users and experts

 

●Work within tight CPR focussed targets

 

●Community management across all bloss social media accounts, creating campaigns to drive engagement

 

●Content / asset creation with canva or photoshop

 

●Proactively respond to other brand accounts, parent groups and chat forums to drive people to bloss

 

●Email marketing creation when needed

 

●Copywriting for newsletters, email, blogs and social when needed

 

●Learn and manage paid advertising across key platforms

 

●Ensure individual KPI’s are being hit weekly

 

●Playbooking. Document everything as the learnings from today will pave the way for growth in the region and other markets around the world

 

What you’ll need

●Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Communications, Journalism) or equivalent experience

 

●Minimum of 5 years in social media /marketing

 

●Minimum of 1 year people management experience

 

●Organised, self-driven, and detail-oriented

 

●Comfortable dealing with ambiguity; enjoy developing new processes

 

●Positive attitude and ability to learn new concepts quickly

 

●Exceptional organisation, project-management skills and attention to detail

 

●Ability to gain trust and work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders

 

●A strong customer-centric attitude, always thinking about how our users interact with the brand
