Slough Audi is looking for a highly motivated and hardworking Sales Vehicle Administrator to join their fantastic team.

As a Sytner Sales Vehicle Administrator, you will provide exceptional administrative support to our Retail and Corporate sales team by assisting with file auditing throughout the sales process, trade transfers and other ad-hoc duties. In this role, you will work closely the Dealership Accountant, Sales Departments and many members of the management team. You will be responsible for delivering excellent service whilst dealing with incoming enquiries from our Sales departments and other Sytner sites in a prompt manner.

Sytner Sales Vehicle Administrators work a variety of flexible patterns which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.

About you:

Previous experience in an administrative role is advantageous along with proficient IT skills; however no specific industry experience is required.

We are looking for an individual who is committed to providing excellent customer service and thrive in a busy, high pressurised environment.

Ideally, you will be extremely organised, confident, have great attention to detail and be willing to go that extra mile. The passion to prioritise customer satisfaction at all times is crucial in this role.
