We are delighted to be recruiting for a part time IFA Administrator in Warrington, this Wealth Management firm are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic IFA Administrator to join their already established administration team supporting existing Financial Planners and Paraplanners. Salary up to GBP25,000 pro rata plus benefits, this is flexible for the right person.

Your Role;

Your role will focus on ensuring a smooth and consistent workflow to allow compliance standards to be met and ensure clients experience is consistent. Where there are any queries around documentation that you receive, you will be lead on escalating this in a timely and appropriate manner, to ensure swift resolution not to delay the businesses operation and client experience.

Key responsibilities will include;

  • Check applications forms on receipt to ensure correctly completed
  • Liaising with all team members on each client case
  • Update th client database utilising the inhouse software with all plan details including initial and on-going fees
  • Submit all new business to providers and maintain regular contact with providers to ensure a smooth set up for each client
  • Complete an Annual Financial Planning checklist in advance of the Annual client meeting
  • Assist Financial Planners with any adhoc admin requests, for example get a transaction history got clients GIA
  • The preparation of annual valuation
  • Updating the client-facing portal, Wealth Platform
  • Completing any adhoc business requests for clients such as traditional contributions and withdrawals
  • Complete and investigative work required where there appears to be discrepancies on a clients policy
  • Stay on top of your emails, as well as allocated emails in the admin inbox
  • Support the LOA process with the technical team to ensure research is provided in an expedient manner
  • Assist with the annual ISA subscription process
  • Consistently use workflows and activities to manage your workload
  • Support the team with the delivery of agreed projects
  • Support the management of the office
