  • Conduct change impact analyses for affected teams and groups of colleagues.

  • Lead and co-ordinate/sequence change management supporting activities and interventions (working with but not limited to, Communications, Learning & Development and HR).

  • Use your relationships to inform your change management plan, approach to mitigate risks and resistance, and all interventions that you identify will be required to ensure the successful transition to new processes, systems and ways of working.

  • Anticipate resistance to change and design a support package for identifying and managing resistance effectively.

  • Regularly measuring the effectiveness of change management interventions, adapting your plans accordingly

What you need to bring to the role….

  • Experience as a Change Manager delivering large transformation projects or programmes, with an ability to analyse change impacts for affected colleagues and teams.

  • A clear communicator with an ability to simplify complex problems, and is comfortable in managing and monitoring stakeholder engagement throughout the programme lifecycle. Successful in engaging stakeholders and securing support for the chosen change management strategy.

  • A team player, who will work successfully with others to develop change plans which will deliver the desired benefits, within the constraints and timescales of the Programme.

  • Experience in evaluating change readiness, risks, issues and required actions and interventions. Can define and measure success metrics and monitor progress of change.

  • Detailed working knowledge and experience of change and stakeholder methodologies, delivery and governance frameworks.

  • Can identify training needs for both successful execution of the organisational change (leadership and management) and affected colleagues (identifying new ways of working).

  • Able to provide a support package for identifying and managing resistance effectively.

  • Experience in building and sustaining effective and sustainable feedback loops across programmes.
