Wakefield Audi are searching for a highly organised, motivated and friendly ‘Best Advice Specialist’ to work from their state of the art dealership, based in Calder Park, with their Aftersales Team.

About the Role

This role is fundamental to our business at Wakefield Audi, and will involve you being the focal point for contact with our Customers, delivering updates on their vehicles which are visiting our site, advising them of the condition of the vehicle and upselling of any additional works which may be suitable for completion, during the period the vehicle is in our dealership. the flow of information between the workshop, the wider team and the customer, ensuring the customer experience is seamless.  Our ultimate goal, is to do everything possible to provide a service which is talked about for all the right reasons!

Main Tasks

  • Prepare Vehicle Health Checks for presentation to Customers
  • Support AudiCam submissions to Customers via Service Technicians
  • Develop a strong relationship and communicate with the Workshop Controller, to authorise works on customers vehicles
  • Provide costings to customers for sign off
  • Liaise with the Parts Department to ensure parts required are in stock or ordered
  • Complete associated administration

About You...

Wakefield Audi are looking for a highly organised, motivated and friendly individual to join their team.  It’s imperative that you have a customer first approach to your work, which in this case, would be both internal colleagues and external customers.

We believe the successful candidate will have a positive outlook, be able to prioritise their workload dependent upon customer needs, be logical in their thinking, confident in approach with clear and concise ability to communicate with people.

Previous sales experience would be of benefit but is not essential as we will provide training for this role with the Management team as well as the one of our Master Technicians.
