A key Design role within CBBT (Commercial and Business Banking Transformation), you'll be responsible for UX and interaction design of some of the strategic projects within the Origination Value Stream. Specifically, the role will focus on developing the proposition, supporting delivery of the service and further evolution of it.

What is User Experience Design within Lloyds?

UX design is about the creation and management of dialogue between a person and a product, system, or service. By combining an understanding of the system user, the context in which the interaction takes place and a knowledge of information presentation the UX designer can ensure that the interaction is timely, effective and emotionally rewarding.

Your accountabilities will include;

  • Understand the user goals, mind-set and the context for use

  • Understand and map out intuitive steps in processes, e.g. user flows

  • Structure information delivery throughout the journey, defining page types, design goals, etc.

  • Manage the development and/or delivery of an element of the organization's strategic planning.

About you;

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in related area (e.g. Psychology, Design, Computing, etc.)

  • Proven & demonstrable background at a senior level experience in UX design for large scale projects

  • Advanced skills in: wireframing, journey mapping, prototyping, sketching

  • Experience of leading and supporting user research activities

  • Proficiency with industry standard design & business tools such as; Axure, inVision, Figma, Adobe CC, UserZoom, MS Office…

On a personal level you would need to be a great communicator, be happy working in a multidisciplinary team, enjoy problem solving and be customer focused.
