We are looking to recruit a highly motivated, experienced Workshop Manager to join our busy Service Department here at Mercedes-Benz of Bristol.

To be successful previous experience within the motor industry in a similar role is essential as you will need to be skilled in all aspects of running a high volume, fast paced prestige Workshop with over 30 productive Technicians and 90 retail throughputs per day.

You will have shared responsibility for our team of Technicians and will be expected to work closely with our Workshop Controllers to manage workshop loading, utilisation, quality of work, efficiency and productivity to ensure we maximise all labour sales channels. In addition you will also be required to assist with customer road tests and provide critical customer support, so excellent communication skills and an unrivalled passion for delivering unprecedented levels of customer service to both external and internal customers will be key.
