Part Time Contract Support - SW1 - GBP16,000 - GBP18,000 - Top FM Company
My Client is looking for a temporary part time contract support admin. The job has the opportunity to go to perm. The successful Contract Support will report directly into the accounts contract manager and will provide support in the day-to-management of the contracted team.
The Role:
24 Hours per week
SW1
GBP16,000 - GBP18,000 per annum
Purpose:
The purpose of this role is to provide contract administration support to both client and site staff.
The contract administrator would be responsible for quoting, booking additional works, assisting site engineers and ensuring compliance. They will also administer the PPM scheduling and provide support to the site engineers and client.
Responsibilities:
Raising of purchase orders for material goods and subcontractor works
Ensure that the Weekly / Daily reports are submitted to the management & client teams on reactive work status/updates
Quote Logs - chasing quotes for additional works, raising client quotes, instruct works as approved by client and booking in jobs
To liaise with the client team on a regular basis to ensure a proactive support of their requirements
To monitor the progress of all PPM and reactive works ensuring compliance and any follow up works are completed within permitted timescales
Carry out self-auditing to ensure that all PPM and reactive works are carried out to the highest standard and in line with contract SLA's
To assist in managing any sub-contractors visits, and to be aware of when a permit to work or limitation of access is required.
Open and close reactive jobs on client portal.
Arranging for emergency call outs to be attended by relevant contractors
The successful candidate will have:
Strong IT skills including MS office suites and CAFM systems
Diligent and numerate with excellent attention to detail
Ability to work as part of a team
Excellent communication skills
