Delivery Manager US / UK Recruitment Agency (Part-time / Remote)

We are a start-up recruitment agency focused on finding and placing elite software engineers and PhD quantitative researchers into the Financial Services sector. Our clients are mainly US & UK based Hedge Funds.  

This is primarily a candidate driven market where demand from clients for elite niche software engineering and PhD quant talent is very high.

As a part-time Delivery Manager (perhaps 5-10 hours a week), you will touch all of the moving parts to help make sure we are delivering and achieving the full potential allowed by this client demand and our internal capacity. 

You will have the commercial nose to prioritize which activities or processes you need to dip in and out of during a given week to make us successful. 

In terms of precise hours, it could probably fit in within school hours plus some work after bedtime.

Experience in placing software engineers into Hedge Funds or Investment Banks would be great but not needed.

As someone with prior experience as an agency side recruitment team leader or manager, you will come with all of the usual versatile experience and get involved in:

• Direct a small 3-person offshore sourcing team on their LinkedIn recruiter lite candidate sourcing.
• Increase their performance by improving our sourcing strategies, their skills and motivations.
• Phone screening of candidates along with sourcing team members.
• Identifying and deciding ways that we can raise our bar across the lifecycle.
• Putting in place a relevant KPI structure and managing, mentoring and driving us to hit them.
• Helping us create a virtual / remote company culture (regular team meetings, virtual socials etc.)
• Leveraging my strengths and pulling me in where needed in terms of processes, training etc.   

We are a start-up and a work in progress, so there is a lot to fix. But, there is a wonderful opportunity ahead.
