Part-time, 16 hours per week (mixture of weekday daytimes and evening/Sunday daytime dependent on work)

Are you an excellent communicator with great customer service skills? We are looking for someone to drive a high quality of customer information on board, at bus stops & other passenger information points and ensure a high quality of fleet presentation.

About the role

You will work with the local management team and the OpCo Marketing team to deliver a high quality of customer information on board, at bus stops & other passenger information points and ensure a high quality of fleet presentation.

Key responsibilities include:

* Install on board posters, notices and other items in line with business requirements

* Monitor internal and external branding for amends, damage and other updates and work with relevant team members to replace

* Install/replace on stop timetables - and physical infrastructure such as cases and bus stop flags where appropriate - across the network

* Record damage, out of date or other unsuitable publicity across the network and liaise with the team to amend

* Maintain records of what is installed, where and when

* Outstanding organisation skills

* Excellent attention to detail

* Customer focussed, inquisitive and confident to challenge the status quo

* Confident in the use of Microsoft Word & Excel
