The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Stock Audit Specialist to join our team in our Swindon Head Office. The main purpose of the role is to work with a collection of relevant data, producing stock audit balances for stores to assist in shrink identification and control.

The Accountabilities

· To produce accurate Stock Audit balances

· Identification of audit result anomalies and resolve them through further investigation

· Data collection from outsourced contractors and internal systems to produce stock audit balances

· Produce trial stock audit balances

· Produce and publish final balances following a quality assurance checking process

The Requirements for the Role

· Analytical

· Excellent PC skills (Specifically Excel to include pivot tables, vlookups)

· Understanding of store processes

· Basic understanding of financial ledgers

· Results focused

· Communication skills

· Flexibility

· Problem solving
