As a Part-Time Receptionist, you know first impressions matter. You'll be a friendly face with a welcoming personality as you greet staff, visitors and service users to The Spinney in Manchester.

Working 30 hours a week, you will be the first point of contact for all agencies and you will receive all telephone calls , taking messages as appropriate, taking into account confidentiality. You will also be maintaining an effective booking system for rooms/equipment, with a clear handover to your peers.

Your responsibilities will include:

Ensuring all staff details are up to date and accurate on the Doors and Key Management systems
Attending meetings relevant to the department, and internal / external training events as and when required
Operating and monitoring the personal alarm system
Operating and monitoring the radios, ensuring compliance with the licensing laws
Accepting deliveries and forwarding to the appropriate recipients
Actively maintaining the physical, relational; and procedural security to ensure the safety of allTo be successful in this role, you'll need:

Level/GCSE standard or equivalent, including English
Good knowledge and use of the English language including grammar, spelling and punctuation
Experience of working within a Reception environment
Knowledge and experience of working in a mental health setting is desirable What you will get:
