Receptionist Administrator
To carry out a range of reception and administrative tasks in relation to the day-to-day running of the practice, such as :
Scanning of clinical documents and saving in patient file as per procedures,
Billing patients
Processing emails and assist Practitioners as appropriate.
The successful Receptionist Administrator will have:
A calm, efficient and professional disposition to work in a medical environment.
Excellent Communication skills and sympathetic manner
Discretion and the ability to deal with sensitive medical information.
Ability to work under pressure
Clean and smart appearance essential
Fluent French/ English
Working hours :
Monday to Friday from 14h to 20h + every other Saturday from 8h to 14h
