Job Details

We are looking for a highly motivated, articulate candidate with a proven track record in customer service. You will be responsible for providing a quick and efficient service to our existing Corporate clients.

The successful candidate will be required to progress and administer all customer enquiries, placing new vehicle orders, arranging test drives, and discussing vehicle specifications right through to booking delivery.

Applicants must have a sales focus as selling from stock, achieving budgets and manufacturer targets are key to the role. A conscientious team player who is able to work on their own initiative with a driving desire to succeed and provide unrivalled customer service.

We expect you to be extremely organised, have great admin skills but also the ability to problem solve and see a customer complaint through to rectification. You will be liaising with fleet managers, purchasing executives all the way through to company
