At Lloyds Banking Group, we have a clear purpose; to help Britain prosper and to become the best bank for our customers. What we do makes a genuine difference to families, businesses and communities, and we're playing a central role in building a growing UK economy.
Our brands, our services and our business span every aspect of banking and finance, including some of the biggest names on the UK's high streets. That gives us a big responsibility to support the UK economy, and we have a clear strategy to put customers first - and achieve our vision of becoming the best bank for customers.

There couldn't be a better time to join Business Banking, as we work to help Britain recover, supporting Small to Medium-sized Enterprises with turnover up to £3m.

The Products & End to End Journey (P&E2EJ) team is here to make it easier for businesses to succeed. The pricing team will own the pricing strategy and commercial management aspects. The role involves understanding and optimising Lending profitability by developing and improving Profitability models, reporting and analysing margin performance and developing pricing strategies for small business customers.

As a Pricing Manager you'll work closely with a variety of partners from Finance, Distribution Channel, Transformation, Credit Risk & Capital teams to build robust pricing and profitability capability as well as draw up effective proposals to share with Head of and Senior Product managers. You'll also be responsible for ensuring we adhere to all risk controls applicable to pricing, including regulatory compliance with CMA.
