If so, we are seeking a new Researcher to join our Healthcare Team at Odgers Berndtson.

The Odgers Berndston Healthcare team specialise in the appointment of world-class leaders, board members and non-executive directors within the public and private sector healthcare system.  The role of Researcher sits at the heart of the Healthcare Practice and is required to identify, approach and assess candidates for the high-profile executive, non-executive & board appointments we work on, for our clients. 

It will be important that you are both confident and articulate in talking to senior people. You must bring an engaging style alongside an attention to detail and strong written communication skills. Whilst the work can be fast paced and tight client deadlines must be met, we can offer you flexibility and are already a team which celebrates part-time working. Whilst prior experience in such a role will be advantageous, you will in any event be supported with training and development to succeed. A willingness to succeed and a strong teamwork ethic with colleagues and senior members of the team are essential. 

This is truly a role that has impact and influence as well as an opportunity to play a part in appointing some of most senior leaders in the NHS and wider health economy.
