Orbital Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Part-Time Accounts Administrator for our client based in Middlesbrough
The main purpose will be to work as part of a small team providing all-around administrative support to the wider Finance Team including banking, purchase and bought ledger as well as credit control.
Duties:
Inputting Invoices, Debits & Credits
Dealing with Payment Queries
Liaising with Internal Teams and Suppliers
Weekly Payments
Setting up New Suppliers
Processing Credit Applications
General admin support to assist the current team
Experience Needed/ About You:
The successful applicant will have at least 3 years previous accounts admin experience from working with in an engineering environment
Applicants must have experience working within a small team in an office environment
Experience of XERO accounts software is a pre-requisite - applicants who do not have this experience will not be considered
Pay/ Salary:
GBP10.50ph - GBP12.00ph depending on experience
Hours & Contract Type:
22 hours per week
