Job description - the role

We are looking for a banking customer service support for an initial 6 months contract in Reading.

As a Customer Support Advisor you will be responsible for:

Answering switchboard calls
Dealing with emails and calls
Will be responsible for booking rooms for meetings etc.
Will be making internal calls.
Multi-tasking

What we require from the candidate:

Customer service skills

Telephony Skills
Call centre background
Organised
Good communication skills
Microsoft Office
