We have an exciting opportunity for a Part-time Facilities Assistant, to work for a leading financial services organisation, in Redhill, whom offer continued growth and development for all employees. This is an integral role in keeping the office running and is front facing to the workforce. Hours are Monday to Friday, 4 hours covering the morning, with the flexibility needed to increase to 35 hours a week to cover holidays when required (with notice).

Main responsibilities:
Scan and distribute all incoming mail within agreed service levels
Collect and distribute internal and outgoing mail to include registered mail and arranging courier deliveries when needed
Assist with receipt and distribution of external deliveries
Responsible for procurement of office supplies
Assist with ad-hoc tasks including re-stocking kitchens within the building
Responsible for day-to-day scanning of documents as requested by the business
Assist with companywide distributions

A team player, whilst also being able to work autonomously
Strong interpersonal skills and can communicate effectively
Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
Highly organised and possess strong planning skills
Positive and enthusiastic approach
Receptive to change
Good verbal and written communication skills
