Sytner Group are delighted to be recruiting for a Parts Apprentice to support the Mercedes-Benz Newcastle dealership.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with one of the world's most prestigious and technologically advanced car manufacturers.

The role will support a busy Parts department, which is pivotal to supplying the internal workshop/bodyshop, as well as internal and external customers with the necessary parts and equipment.

The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring complete receipt of goods, ensure stock is appropriately stored, ensure stock orders are completed and dispatched in a timely manner.

There is also a responsibility to ensure IT systems and databases are updated, and accurate invoicing of products.

Candidate must have excellent communication skills as there is a responsibility to converse with internal colleagues of all levels of seniority, as well as external suppliers and customers.

During your Apprenticeship at Sytner Group, a mentor will be allocated to oversee and support you in a work-based learning programme.

The successful candidate will receive regular visits to set performance targets and ensure any development needs are being met.

Applicants are required to have, or predicted to obtain, GCSE Grade A*-C / 9-4 or Functional Skills Level 2 (or equivalent) in the following subjects:

English
Mathematics
One other subject
The successful candidate must be prepared to travel on occasion to complete their apprenticeship training.

All training costs will be covered by Sytner Group.
