Job Details
The Sytner IT Projects Team help to deliver a wide range of solutions and services across all areas of the business.
This includes the rollout of newly developed software applications, implementation of new Infrastructure solutions and delivering all of the IT requirements for dealership construction and refurbishment projects.
Reporting to the Lead Project Manager you will work closely with colleagues across the department as well as key stakeholders across the Group to provide exceptional end to end management of IT projects.

Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering on time and to agreed standard.
- Measure and report on project progress to the Lead Project Manager and other key stakeholders.
- Coordinate with colleagues across all teams to ensure tasks are completed in agreed timescales.
- Identify and highlight any risks, blockers or changes which may affect project delivery.
- Contribute to the continual improvement of the team, adding value and improving efficiency of our processes and documentation.
Skills:
- Excellent organisation and communication skills.
- Capable of managing yours and others time effectively.
- Ability to remain composed and think quickly when the unexpected happens.
- A technical understanding of IT principals and the willingness to learn about new things.
- A high level of PC literacy, particularly using the Microsoft Office suite and project management software.
