What's in it for me?

We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisors to work Evenings / Weekends. This is a work from home position, with all equipment provided, however, you must live within a 20 mile radius of Chippenham
You will be working 4 evenings per week across 7 days
Monday to Friday 5-10pm, Saturday and Sunday 8-10pm
The pay rate for this role is GBP9.90ph
These positions are temporary initially, but will go permanent after a qualifying period

FULL TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED IN THE OFFICE IN CHIPPENHAM FOR THE 1 DAY

Day to Day Duties

As a Customer Service Advisor your duties will include:
Handling email orders / enquiries on behalf of a high end retailer
Answering calls in a professional consistent & responsive manner, establishing a rapport with the customer to ensure they have a positive call experience.
Process all customer orders and requests accurately
Achieve the required standards in quality monitoring assessments and answer the desired number of calls within the set timescales
Resolve any customer service issues using information provided
Speak confidently and at an appropriate pace for the listener

Essential Skills
To be considered for the Customer Service Advisor role you will need to posses the following skills / attributes:
Have a genuine passion for speaking to Customers, with the ability to understand the importance of customer service and always puts the customer first
Ability to effectively diffuse conflict situations, placating difficult customers
Be computer literate, with accurate keyboard skills
Be able to demonstrate self-motivation and resilience
Have good attention to detail and sound organisational skills

Desirable Experience
It would be beneficial if you have worked within a customer service advisor / call centre role previously
