Executive Assistant to CEO

6 Month Fixed Term Contract (possibility of extension to 12 months)

Part Time 22.5 hours per week (37.5 FTE)

GBP24,687 - GBP30,000 pa FTE (depending on experience)

We are delighted to announce that we are looking for someone who is highly-organised, efficient and warm to provide maternity cover for the EA to our CEO. This office-based fixed term contract will be for initial six months, and may be extended to twelve months.

This role will provide support to our CEO, our Senior Management Team and our Trustees. Key duties will include:

the management of diaries and meetings

minute-taking

proof-reading a range of documentation

arranging and coordinating travel and inboxes

ensuring good Charity and Board Governance is followed at all times

A high level of competence in Microsoft packages is essential, as is experience in dealing with sensitive and confidential information.
