We are looking for a Sales Office Administrator to work 3 days per week– primarily based in the London showroom (40 – 44 Newman Street, London W1T 1QD. Closest tube stations: Tottenham Court Road, Goodge Street, Oxford Circus) There is flexibility regarding the days of the week.
There will also be some flexibility for working from home, after a 6 month trial period.
Responsibilities
- Returns Managing all returns (GW & Taifun brands) Examine/assess returns and forward HO information for credit. Chase credit notes if not issued within a month of returning item
- Deliveries and Collections Liaising with couriers for collections (returns) and deliveries (orders)
- Liaising with Germany and the warehouse/carriers regarding dispatches, deliveries and proof of deliveries. Internal communication regarding customer priority levels, delivery schedules and product availability Liaise with customer and Germany for EAN codes and ensuring POs are quoted on paperwork if requested.
- Orders Processing repeat orders on company B2B system Liaising with sales and merchandising teams regarding amendments to orders Forwarding material compositions, EANs, wash care instructions onto customer if needed. Notifying customers of any replacement styles or cancelled styles before delivery window opens
- Customer Queries - Dealing with queries over prices, stock availability, outstanding orders, cancellations, replacements and uplifts. Dealing with members of public requests on faulty goods, stockists and replacements.
- Point of sale - Booking in/out samples to customers and requesting new samples from Germany if needed. Sending out images, brochures, NOS booklets and POS forms to customers
- Sales - Inputting weekly sales figures for key accounts
- General - Manage the office, ensure all office supplies are ordered and stored.
- Finance - Dealing with customer queries regarding invoices etc. (holiday cover)
Requirements
- Must have worked in a customer-facing role for a minimum of 1 year. A strong skill of telephone manner and dealing in general with customer queries. Retail background preferable.
Salary
Salary Package: £18,000 for 3 days/week
