Salary - GBP11.250
Monday - Friday 13:00 -17:00
We are recruiting for a Sales Administrator for our fantastic client based in Stourport, to provide assistance with preparation of all necessary supporting data, customer data uploads, invoicing, daily, weekly & monthly spreadsheets or other communication plans as required.
Key responsibilities:
Despatching and completing of work orders.
Managing and updating company databases.
Raising and keeping track of purchase orders and ordering supplies.
Day to day assistance to the Sales Co-ordinators in delivering targets and budgets.
Setting up plans and campaigns for the Commercial team and liaising with marketing, customer services,
Processing service requests and general enquiries from commercial and key account customers
Updating customer dashboards/forecasts/rebate reports
Updating KPI reports and assisting in the resolution of customer queries
Assisting in the resolution of outstanding payments and aged debt for Major Accounts
Maintaining well-ordered filing system for Commercial and Operational needs
Uploading all supporting document to Customer portals/document control
Ensure that completed tasks and attendance are processed in real time
Ensure compliance to all policies, regulation and contractual requirements
Demonstrate Business values internally and externally, leading by example, and coaching colleagues
A versatile and creative thinker who monitors service and delivery progress and is keen to resolve issues and present the best overall service to customers.Skills and key requirements
Excellent communication skills across all formats, with the ability to engage and inspire confidence in colleagues and customers
Keen attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
Consistently high levels of customer service and professionalism in all areas
A proactive and focused approach with the ability to complete work with pace and urgency, ensuring all deadlines are met
To maintain a calm and positive manner, work collaboratively to find solutions to challenges
Well organised to ensure a high level of efficiency and output
