Any additional requirements:
We are ideally looking for someone who has experience with the tenancy sign up process from start to finish.
We need someone who has a good level of IT skills.
The successful candidate will need some Health & Safety knowledge around housing regs.
Overall Purpose: To provide a high-quality housing management service which ensures the delivery of an ‘amazing’ service provision within a safe and secure living environment. To
work as part of a team to ensure housing management services exceed customer expectation.

excellence.

• Basic understanding of Health & Safety & best practice
Desirable:
• Previous housing or housing administration experience
• Contractor management and experience in the delivery of
estate, cleaning, caretaking, gardening, and maintenance
services.
• Experience of health and safety legislation and best practice in
the delivery of estate services.
• Previous experience of working with IT systems including housing management systems.
