Extremely successful, established company in the heart of Dorking require a part time HR Assistant to support the department manager with administrative tasks and ad hoc projects.
Job Specification:
Issue all contracts and letters to employees confirming any promotions, salary changes etc. within the business
Administrate paperwork for any new starters within the business
Complete and return any reference request documentation relating to former employees
Place advertisements for all job vacancies
Maintain employee records on central HR system
Administrate employee absence records
Update employee details and salary information in preparation for monthly payroll
Book and document any travel and accommodation bookings required
Assist the department manager with any requests
Person Specification:
Bright energetic person
Attention to detail/accuracy is key
Office experience

Based in Dorking
GBP12ph
Opportunity to work additional hours
Monday - Friday, 10am - 2pm
22 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing to 25 after 1 year
