Our client, a rapidly growing family run business is looking for a HR Advisor to join their friendly team in Leatherhead.

You will be responsible for all HR support and your main duties will include:

• Leading and supporting on all employee related issues
• Supporting team leaders on HR responsibilities within the wider business
• Recruitment
• Being the second point of contact for all HR queries
• Ensuring annual training is booked and completed
• Monitoring staff attendance and performance
• Overseeing payroll and automatic enrolment administration
• Handbook reviews and updates
